Order processing time

Once we receive your payment, your order will be processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, some orders may be delayed by a few days. 

Tracking information 

Once we have processed your order, you will receive the tracking number for your order via email. If you do not receive a tracking number on the 4th business day after you placed your order with us, please contact us on 59630780.

Damages

Please note that Filipino Beauty will not be responsible or will not have to pay for damages or loss of your order once tracking has been sent to you or if you do not collect your order at the Post Office.
